I'd Like to Say Happy New Year, but...

Only a handful of weeks into the Obama-nation and we're rushing headlong into a complete Socialist government in the U.S.. This pisses me off greatly. I love my country but hate where it's headed. Shameful.

For decades we have been pacified into believing the slow erosion of our personal freedoms is in our best interest for our health and safety. What a joke. Now, we're screwed and we let it happen. From smoking bans to seat belt laws. Now the "Fairness Doctrine" and outrageous anti-gun legislation. Say "auf wiedersehen" to your first and second amendment rights! These were the first two for a reason!

Billion dollar bailout for the banks...and the government gets bigger. That can of worms was opened, now it's a mess.

Bailout for the auto industry...and the government gets BIGGER. Now they're talking about a "national bank?!" I thought we already had that. Maybe I missed something. Oh but wait, the Federal Reserve is a private bank, my bad.

Government cars? Look how well the Yugo went over. Government banks? Why not?! The government is known for excellent money management, Government schools? Brainwashing since birth. Government health care? Guess what, they're going to tell you how to live (See England for example.) Government college? How about mandatory military service too?

Government isn't the answer, it's the PROBLEM! Where's all this "hope?" "Change" is right, change for the worse. Thanks Obama for keeping that campaign promise! Over taxed, under employed and broke! Thanks Obama! This is change alright!

They (our elected officials) work for us! I want them all fired for putting us into this mess we're in. No bailouts for them either. We're letting them take us from the employers and turning us into the employees. WAKE UP AMERICA!

Land of the free? I think we lost the free part along the lines here.

I'm sick and tired of these hypocrite liberal douche bags! Kill the babies, save the polar bears. The world is not all friendly and fluffy. Stop being a wuss and get out there and get some! Write all your representatives and tell them what you really think.

Enough is enough. Join the NRA. Take the school condoms away from your kids. Teach them YOUR morals. Undo the brainwashing! Run for office, no experience required OR wanted! Speak out! Stand up! Don't take it anymore! Talk to your kids! Watch anything BUT Obama's prime-time lie fest on Monday.

Our troops are overseas fighting for our freedoms not our enslavement! I hope we're still free when they come back.

God bless the USA and her brave military!

I'm a Soccer Mom?

It has finally happened. I am officially a family man. Even though I have been for 8 years, I just now have been granted my minivan.

What is scary as a young man, even a young parent...You will do anything to avoid the dreaded minivan. Then finally, before too long it becomes a necessity.

I have four kids. My son Jeffrey from my previous marriage is 8 years old. My daughter Jayden from a failed relationship is 1 year old. I also have 5 month old twins, Justine and Joseph, with my current girlfriend. (Yeah, yeah...Keep it to yourself!)

As you can probably guess, the average car no longer does the trick, especially if we ALL have to go somewhere. Until today we had to take two cars if we had all the kids. Even still, when my girlfriend has her three kids from her previous marriage (ages 12, 10 and 9), that brings the total number of children up to seven. Seven kids and two adults. Outside of purchasing a bus a minivan will do the trick. However, we will still have to take two vehicles if we have all the kids as nine people can't fit in a minivan.

All that being said, the most frightening thing is that I'm actually excited to have this minivan! I never thought it would happen. I've driven a Camero Z28, a Mustang GT, a couple RX7's and an assortment of SUV's and trucks. I still have my Yamaha R1 and now I want to hold on to that more than ever! I can't let it all go, I'm only 31!

The first thing I did after I took the van for a drive around the block was put my NRA Member sticker on the back. It may be a minivan but it will be a MANLY minivan. No soccer ball sticker here folks...Not going to happen. How many points does this take off my man card anyhow? Or does it? Since it is a Caravan Sport with a V6 instead of a 4Cyl.

That's all for now. I'll see you at the mall!

Let me introduce myself...

I'm a 31 year old father of 4 wonderful children. I run my own on-site computer support business in the Twin Cities specializing in residential and small business support. I'm also a part time Security Officer at this time.

Let me explain my "Four F's"

Family: My family, my children are the most important to me in the whole world. I will do anything I can and have to for them. To quote: "If there must be trouble, let it be in my day, that my child may have peace." –Thomas Paine

Faith: I am a Christian. By far from a perfect one, but who is. I live my life honestly. I do not lie, cheat or steal. I pride myself on my ethics. I pride myself on my integrity. I'm honest and loyal to a fault.

Freedom: I love my country. The United States of America is the most brilliant country to live in! If our military branches would take me as I am, I would not even blink if my country needed my service. Not for my benefit but for the future of my children.

Firearms: I love and support my second amendment rights. I am an NRA member. I strongly believe it is an American citizen's God given RIGHT to have firearms for family and self defense. Needless to say, I agree with concealed carry laws in the United States.

That being said. Let me tell you a bit more...

I am also an avid motorcyclist. I ride a 2005 Yamaha R1, unfortunately not as often as I'd like. I am a huge movie fan as well. You have to have something to do indoors during these Minnesota winters!

I'm very opinionated and bluntly honest so I look forward to this outlet for my thoughts and opinions as how I see them.

I welcome comments. I welcome opposing viewpoints. I'm not afraid to be corrected with proven FACTS.

I plan on talking about everything from politics to entertainment and just plain ol' opinions of mine on whatever. So stay "tuned!"

Enjoy, hug your kids and have a great day!
